At The Sorted Brick, we want you to love your bricks and builds!
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase with receipt.
- Items must be in original condition.
- Store credit or exchange may be offered for opened items at staff discretion.
Used LEGO & Bulk Brick
Because used LEGO pieces are sorted and sold individually/by weight:
- Bulk brick, minifigure parts, and loose used LEGO sales are final.
New & Sealed Sets
- New, unopened sets may be returned within 14 days with receipt.
- Opened sets cannot be returned unless defective or missing pieces from the manufacturer.
Event Tickets & Classes
- Event registrations and class fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by The Sorted Brick.
Missing Pieces
If you discover a missing piece in a used set purchased from us, let us know — we’ll do our best to help make it right!

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
